We are supporting women to access services beyond the barriers of background, language and migration by connecting them with local services .amwa aims to work with multicultural women to build their capacity themselves by building their voice.
OUR VISION IS TO:
o Support mental health and wellbeing service
o Support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community recovery
o Respond to family violence and homelessness
o Support social connection and addresses isolation
o Address racism and building community resilience
o Support families and youth
o Improve service linkage by increasing awareness of programs and services.
o Support employment outcomes . conducted research to highlight the needs of immigrant and refugee women.
